Payment & Promotional Credit Terms

The English and Chinese versions are intended to express the same rules. If they differ, interpret them, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to preserve the original intent and mandatory consumer protections, and contact support for clarification.
1. Payments
A balance is credited only after K.N verifies a successful payment notification. Pending, failed, reversed, disputed or chargeback payments do not create spendable Cash. Processors may apply authentication, risk, country, currency, amount and method limits. Do not use a payment instrument without authorization.
2. Welcome Credit
An eligible verified customer may receive one $30 Promo Welcome Credit after cumulative successful qualifying top-ups reach $20. The Welcome Credit is limited to one per customer account and one per eligible payment instrument or payment fingerprint. Once an account has received it, changing cards, using a new card, Link, a wallet or any other payment method will never trigger another Welcome Credit for that account. Using a card or payment fingerprint that previously qualified another account will not trigger another Welcome Credit either. The Welcome Credit is valid for 30 days from issuance. Any unused Promo expires automatically at the end of that period; expiration does not reduce or otherwise affect Cash. Eligibility may exclude methods, regions, linked accounts, prior recipients or risk signals; Alipay top-ups are excluded from this Welcome Credit unless K.N expressly changes the offer. A payment being accepted does not guarantee promotional eligibility.
3. Promo restrictions and abuse
Promo is non-cash, non-refundable, non-transferable and not withdrawable. It may have product, order, region, minimum Cash contribution, expiry or account-standing restrictions. We may withhold or remove Promo obtained through error, multiple or linked accounts, repeated instruments, automation, false identity, chargeback, resale or other abuse. Legitimate shared payment use may be reviewed and does not itself promise or repeat Promo.
