Use SSH public keys

Upload only the public half of an SSH key. Never upload a private key, password file, recovery code or API credential. K.N support will never ask for them.

Protect your account

Use a unique password, keep your email account secure and sign out on shared devices. Review unfamiliar account or billing activity promptly.

Secure the Instance

Apply operating-system updates, restrict exposed services, use host firewalls where appropriate and keep independent backups of important data.
