Cash and Promo

Cash is your paid balance. Promo is promotional credit and may have eligibility, usage and expiry conditions. The $30 Welcome Credit is available only for eligible standard bank-card payments; Stripe Link, wallet payments, Alipay, and payments without the required card verification information are not eligible. Promo cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

How charges are applied

Eligible Promo may be used before Cash. Your Billing page records top-ups, credits and service charges so you can review how the balance changed.

Compute charges

Compute is priced at the published hourly rate and prorated by actual billable seconds; plan pages show a 730-hour monthly reference. Successful deletion stops billing at that time, while powering off alone does not.

Traffic Pool

Inbound traffic is free. Outbound transfer is measured in a monthly regional Traffic Pool shared by Instances in that Region.
